Uglies in in rough shape but still perfectly readable, Specials is missing it's dust cover, is a little bent and has a small dent but Extras is in perfect condition. This is the kind of thing that keeps me going back to Goodwill. Sure they are not valuable but to me they saved me 20 bucks because I was eventually going to buy them anyways.

Uglies
I've been wanting to buy the Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld. It was in my cart at Amazon and everything. I was very surprised to find the last book in the series at Goodwill last week, I still thought I would have to buy the book set but I picked it up because it was only 75 cents and I figured I could figure out something to do with it. Fast forward a few days and I convince Andy to take me to the same Goodwill because we're in town and I find the first book, Uglies, what luck. On Wednesday before Kids Kloset I decide to stop at another goodwill on the way there since I'm early. There wasn't much there but I decided to go through the books again to see if I missed anything and I find the third book without the dust cover. I am just thrilled to have found these books. For $2.00 I now own Uglies, Specials, and Extras I just need to find Pretties which I may have to buy new but I can deal with that.
